UI/UX Design India —
Research-Led. Conversion-Focused.
Product design for web apps, mobile apps, and ecommerce — from wireframes to design system to developer-ready Figma handoff. We design for users, not just aesthetics.
UI/UX Design Services
Mobile App UI/UX Design
iOS and Android app design following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design 3. We design for touch — correct tap target sizes, bottom navigation, gesture patterns, and platform conventions. Figma files with component library.
Web App & SaaS Design
Dashboard design, admin panel design, and complex SaaS product design. Information architecture, data visualisation, complex table design, and multi-step workflow screens. Designed for both desktop and responsive layouts.
Ecommerce UX Design
Conversion-focused ecommerce design — product listing UX, PDP layout, cart and checkout flow optimisation, and mobile-first responsive design. We apply ecommerce UX research (Baymard Institute guidelines) to your specific store.
Design Systems
Scalable Figma design systems — colour tokens, typography scale, spacing system, component library (button variants, form elements, cards, navigation, modals), and icon library. Documentation so your team can extend it without us.
UX Audit & Redesign
If your product has a usability problem — high bounce rate, low conversion, frequent support tickets about navigation — we conduct a UX audit (heuristic evaluation + analytics review) and produce a prioritised issue list with redesign recommendations.
Prototyping & User Testing
Interactive Figma prototypes for user testing before any code is written. We design the prototype, recruit 5–8 target users, conduct moderated testing sessions, and produce a findings report with design changes. Catch problems before they cost development time.
Our Design Process
Discovery & Research
We start with your business goals, user research (interviews, competitor analysis, analytics review), and existing design audit. We produce a project brief and information architecture before any visual design begins.
Wireframing
Low-fidelity wireframes in Figma — layout and content structure without colour or visual design. Faster to iterate than high-fidelity mockups, and better for validating information hierarchy before aesthetic decisions are made.
Visual Design
High-fidelity screens applying your brand — colour tokens, typography, imagery style, and component library. We design the full screen set: all states (empty, loading, error, success), all breakpoints, and all variants of interactive components.
Prototyping & Feedback
Interactive Figma prototype with click-through flows for the key user journeys. Review with your team. We typically go through 2–3 rounds of revisions before sign-off.
Developer Handoff
Figma file with auto-layout, named layers, grouped components, and annotated specs. Figma Dev Mode enabled — developers can inspect exact spacing, colours (as CSS variables), and typography directly. Fewer 'how was this supposed to look?' moments.

What Our Design Clients Say
"The design system Sigill built for our SaaS product is one of the best investments we've made. Our dev team ships new features 3× faster because every component is already designed. The Figma file is exemplary — our new designers can contribute immediately."
"Sigill designed our ecommerce mobile app from scratch — iOS and Android, 80+ screens. The Baymard-informed checkout redesign increased our conversion rate from 2.1% to 4.7%. Design quality is world-class, not just 'India pricing'."
"The UX audit of our existing product found 14 usability issues we'd never noticed. The redesign addressed all of them and our NPS went from 31 to 58 in 3 months. Sigill's research-based approach is clearly different from pure aesthetics studios."
Frequently Asked Questions
UX (User Experience) design focuses on how users move through a product — information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and usability. It answers 'does this make sense to users?'. UI (User Interface) design focuses on how it looks — visual design, colour, typography, component styling, and branding. It answers 'does this look and feel right?'. We do both together — you can't have good UI without good UX, and good UX without visual design is just wireframes.
Yes — our UX audit service includes a heuristic evaluation (our designer reviews the product against established usability principles), analytics review (we look at where users drop off in your funnel), and optionally user testing (moderated sessions with 5–8 target users using Maze or in-person). For new products, we conduct stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis before wireframing.
A mobile app design (30–50 screens, one platform, Figma file with component library) typically costs ₹1,50,000–₹4,00,000. A web app or SaaS dashboard design costs ₹2,00,000–₹6,00,000 depending on complexity. A design system (colour tokens, typography, full component library, documentation) costs ₹1,00,000–₹3,00,000. All projects are fixed-price.
Standard deliverables: (1) Figma file with all screens, all states (empty, loading, error, success, hover, focus), all breakpoints, and a component library. (2) Interactive Figma prototype for the primary user flows. (3) Dev Mode enabled for developer handoff. (4) Figma Variables file if we build a design system. Optional: user testing report, animation specifications in Lottie/Rive.
Yes — we use Figma exclusively. We use Auto-layout throughout (flex-based layouts that respond correctly when content changes), Figma Variables for design tokens (colour and typography values that update globally), and Figma Dev Mode for developer handoff. We don't use Adobe XD, Sketch, or Zeplin.
Yes — design systems are one of our core deliverables for products with more than 5 engineers. A design system from us includes: colour tokens (primitive → semantic), typography scale, spacing system, component library (all variants and states), icon library, and documentation in Figma (or as a Notion document). We also connect it to code via CSS custom properties if you're using Tailwind.
Yes — we design to WCAG 2.2 AA standard by default. This includes: minimum 4.5:1 colour contrast for body text, 3:1 for large text, focus states on all interactive elements, minimum 44px touch targets on mobile, proper heading hierarchy, and alt text guidance for images. We verify contrast ratios with the Figma A11y plugin before handoff.
A mobile app design (30–50 screens) takes 4–6 weeks including research, wireframes, visual design, and prototype. A web app or SaaS design takes 5–8 weeks. A design system takes 3–5 weeks. Timeline depends on feedback cycle speed — we typically get 2–3 rounds of revision built into the timeline.
